You will take full ownership of building a uniform customer creation & onboarding process across all business units — from design to implementation and adoption.
🎯 What you’ll be driving
• Define and implement a standardized customer creation, validation & onboarding process
• Establish a clear governance model (roles, responsibilities, KPI’s)
• Harmonise and clean up customer data across systems and business units
• Build a single, consistent customer view (Customer 360)
• Lead implementation across systems (including Salesforce)
• Ensure strong alignment between Business & IT 🤝
• Drive change management & adoption across the organization
• Improve data quality and eliminate inconsistencies
đź§ Your Expertise
• Strong experience in IT Project Management (end-to-end delivery)
• Deep knowledge of Data Governance & data quality frameworks
• Proven track record in stakeholder management at multiple levels
• Experience with CRM ecosystems (Salesforce is a plus)
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation
