To support this growth and strengthen our regulatory operations team, we are currently looking for a new colleague. We are looking for an Regulatory Operations Agent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Operations Agent in Regulatory Operations, you will handle sensitive client files and ensure that judicial and regulatory requests are processed correctly, accurately and in line with internal procedures and legal requirements.
You will work closely with your colleagues on one or more of the following activities:
Successions
Bankruptcy
Judicial enquiries
Seizures
Temporary administration
You act as a key operational point of contact for internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g. notaries, lawyers, curators, authorities).
SKILLS & EDUCATION:
You have a bachelor's degree or have acquired equivalent level through experience
You have a good understanding of the juridical environment of the domain of the function either through experience or education
You have good organization, time management and scheduling skills
You are hands-on problem solver
You have good analytical skills
You are a team player
You are responsible, motivated and autonomous
You are comfortable in reading and writing in following languages Dutch, French and English
You have good communication and interpersonal skills
