Description:
As a Senior Pitch & Business Development Officer, you will play a central role in driving the firm’s growth through the preparation and coordination of proposals, pitches, RFPs, and public tender submissions.
Your main tasks will include:
* Leading and coordinating the end-to-end preparation of pitches, proposals, and RFPs.
* Ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all submissions, managing reviews, and final approvals with internal stakeholders.
* Collaborating across multiple practice groups and departments to gather relevant input.
* Providing back-up support to BD colleagues when needed.
* Contributing to broader business development initiatives, such as events, client presentations, and marketing materials.
* Working closely with partners, enjoying significant autonomy and ownership over projects.
Profil
* Proven experience in business development, proposal management, or procurement, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
* Fluent in French and English, with a good level of Dutch (B1–B2).
* Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
* Hands-on, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
* Experience with public or private tenders is a plus.
