Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end setup of a cloud-based SAP Public ERP solution, ensuring a fit-for-purpose implementation aligned with fit-to-standard principles.
Objectives:
* Deliver a robust SAP Public Cloud ERP focused on professional services
* Build a reusable template for future affiliates
* Ensure a scalable, sustainable, and future-proof solution
Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Governance
* Co-lead the SAP Public Cloud ERP implementation with program stakeholders
* Act as the main point of contact towards vendors, integrators, and internal teams
* Ensure alignment with governance, architecture, and operating models
* Drive roadmap, scope, timelines, and milestones
* Facilitate decision-making and steering committees
2. Fit-to-Standard & Template Design
* Ensure adherence to SAP Public Cloud fit-to-standard principles
* Challenge unnecessary customizations
* Coordinate the design of a scalable ERP template
3. Stakeholder & Team Management
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, IT, integrator, shared services)
* Engage international stakeholders
* Support process standardization and efficiency
4. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
* Identify and mitigate risks proactively
* Monitor dependencies across business, legal, financial, and technical areas
* Ensure quality deliverables and proper documentation
5. Change Management
* Support communication and change strategy
* Prepare users and ensure adoption
* Coordinate training and go-live readiness
Mandatory Expertise
* Proven experience as Project Manager on SAP Public Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations
* Experience in international ERP deployments
* Strong fit-to-standard mindset
* Experience working with shared service centers
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Autonomous, structured, and results-oriented
Nice to Have
* Experience in change management within ERP projects
Languages
* Fluent in English
* French or Dutch is a plus

* Onsite presence: 2 days per week
