Within Proximus’ centre of excellence for AI and Cybersecurity, a team of data scientists, ML engineers and analytics translators, supports the Proximus group and its partners in designing, developing and deploying internal AI-driven applications in line with the business needs.
As a B2B AI Consultant, you will be responsible for the development of end-to-end AI solutions for our B2B customers. You will be involved in the design of the solution from the start, helping our customers define and scope the problem, pick the right AI architecture and technology as well as ensure implementation, integration and deployment of your solution to production. You will do so while ensuring that our technical excellence guidelines and best practices are respected. You will also play a key role in collaboration with other team members as well as knowledge sharing with both internal and external partners.
Responsibilities Develop AI applications using state-of-the-art (Gen)AI technology.
Translate customer requests into fit-for-purpose AI solution architectures aligned with customer needs.
Pilot prototypes in production processes to demonstrate their value.
Deploy robust, scalable AI solutions that integrate smoothly into customers’ existing systems and processes.
Present your results in a clear manner and discuss them with multi-functional project teams without technical background.
Work in close collaboration with customer business experts, including flexibility to work at the customers’ location.
Profile PhD or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on deploying and integrating AI
Proven experience with B2B customer deliveries
Technical skills Strong expertise in Python
Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art AI and statistical methods
Proven proficiency with deploying scalable AI applications to production
Experience using LLM’s and commonly used libraries to interact with LLM’s (LangChain, Llamaindex, ...)
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, and Azure Data & AI services
Strong Expertise with version control (Git, GitHub)
Expertise with CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development best practices
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Langgraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, …) is a big plus
Experience with additional Cloud services (AWS, GCP…) is a big plus
Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (g. MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX) is a big plus
