Responsibilities
Candriam is looking to recruit a Senior Equity Fund Manager.
This person will manage large-cap ESG Equity funds/mandates and contribute to the construction of the global equity process. They will analyze sectors and market themes to drive Top Down decisions.
Main tasks include:
* Fund Management: participate in asset allocation decisions, contribute to bottom-up views on Global Equity markets, challenge fundamental stock picking within the team.
* Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
* Monitor portfolio performance.
* Interact with clients, directly or via the Client Portfolio Manager, to understand investment goals and provide advice.
* Communicate investment strategies and market outlooks; participate in industry conferences.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies; stay updated on industry standards.
Profile
* Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment theories, and equity strategies.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
* Proficiency in financial analysis tools and investment management software.
* Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and portfolio management best practices.
* Proven successful investment track record.
* Solid understanding of risk management principles.
* Effective leadership and strong communication skills.
* Team-oriented mindset.
