To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated project coordinator to help build a strong and dynamic team. You will oversee high-end residential construction projects from structural work through to handover in Belgium and abroad.

ROLEYou will be the central point of contact from the structural work phase through to provisional handover.You will coordinate and monitor the progress of exclusive villa and apartment construction projects.You will organise the sites efficiently and make adjustments where necessary.In consultation with the construction team, you will make well-founded technical decisions during the construction process.You ensure strict adherence to planning, quality, budget and customer satisfaction.
PROFILEYou hold a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, architecture or a similar technical field.At least 5 years' relevant work experience in a similar role within the residential construction sector.You are a team player and communicate easily with colleagues, clients and contractors.You are client-focused, solution-oriented and keep a cool head under pressure.You excel in technical knowledge, organisation and accuracy.You have a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for architecture.You possess natural leadership skills and know how to manage a team in a motivating way.Challenging projects abroad appeal to you.You can communicate fluently in both spoken and written French and English.
