WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
End-to-end project leadership
* Own the full project lifecycle—from initiation to successful delivery
* Coordinate cross-functional, international teams
* Drive both software development and infrastructure initiatives
Stakeholder management
* Build strong relationships across business and technical teams
* Act as the key bridge between end users, IT, and leadership
* Ensure expectations are aligned and continuously managed
Scope, planning & delivery
* Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
* Manage changes and ensure alignment with business goals
* Track progress, milestones, and deliverables
Budget & performance control
* Estimate workloads and manage budgets effectively
* Monitor performance using KPI's and Earned Value techniques
* Take corrective actions to stay on track
Risk & quality management
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively
* Ensure high-quality delivery through structured QA processes
* Maintain consistency with PMO standards and methodologies
Communication & reporting
* Keep all stakeholders informed with clear, structured communication
* Prepare reports and present insights to senior management
* Lead project meetings and resolve challenges efficiently
Procurement & vendor management• Coordinate vendor selection and procurement processes• Ensure suppliers deliver according to agreed terms

* Experience with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall)

* Knowledge of modern tech stacks (Java, JavaScript, SQL, etc.)
* Experience with enterprise systems and infrastructure
