We are seeking a Freelance IT Support Technician (Junior to Mid-level) for a short-term assignment (3 to 6 months) based onsite in Zaventem, Belgium .The role focuses on providing hands-on IT end-user support in a corporate environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, supporting workplace equipment, and delivering high-quality technical assistance to internal users.The position requires a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in an onsite support environment.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT support (Level 1 / Level 2)Good experience in Windows support (Windows 10/11)Proven experience in end-user onsite supportPrinter support and troubleshootingVideo conferencing support (Teams, Zoom or similar)Hardware support (laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, peripherals)Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requestsStrong customer service and communication skillsLanguages (Mandatory)Dutch – GoodEnglish – FluentContract Type: FreelanceStart Date: ASAP
