Business Development Manager

Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain and follow up with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
* Strengthen relationships with current clients through effective communication and cross-selling opportunities.
* Provide detailed weekly forecasts and updates to management.
* Maintain a renewal rate of at least 75% within your assigned customer portfolio.
* Collaborate closely with other sales team members to maximize customer potential.
* Monitor market developments and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
