Are you an energetic HR professional who enjoys balancing coordination, content creation, and global collaboration? We’re looking for a flexible and motivated Global HR Officer to temporarily strengthen our global HR team while a colleague is on long-term leave.

This 3–6 month assignment is available immediately (or latest start 23 March 2026) and is ideal for freelancers, interim HR experts, or HR consultants.


⭐ About the Role

In this key support role, you’ll help maintain and elevate the effectiveness of our global HR activities. You’ll work closely with our global and local HR teams, offering hands-on administrative and logistical support—especially within Learning & Development (L&D)—while also contributing to internal communication and employer branding.

This is a dynamic position that requires strong coordination, the ability to shift priorities quickly, and a proactive mindset.


📌 Your Main Responsibilities

Learning & Development Support

* Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks for workshops and trainings
* Manage invitations, participant communication, and follow-up
* Maintain the global training calendar

HR & Platform Support

* Maintain and update HR platforms, including:
* HEN Learning Platform
* HR Community site
* Employer branding site
* Provide general HR administrative support, follow up on deadlines, and ensure smooth communication across global HR teams

Internal Communication & Employer Branding

* Create social media content for employer branding
* Write a monthly L&D article for the internal newsletter
* Collect and write global site stories for internal communication channels


🎯 What You Bring

This assignment requires someone who enjoys both conceptual and hands-on work—someone who can switch effortlessly between tasks, see the bigger picture, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment.

Profile & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
* 2–3 years of relevant experience
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills and eye for detail
* Able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and shifting priorities
* Comfortable working with different digital platforms and learning quickly
* Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
* Able to combine long-term projects with short-term operational requests
* Creative mindset for writing and content creation


⏱️ Assignment Details

* Temporary full-time role
* 3–6 months, with flexible start (latest 23 March 2026)
* Open to freelancers, interim professionals, or HR consultancy services
* No permanent employment (fixed-term temporary assignment only)
* Homework possible for 1-2 days per week
