The B2B Sales Manager for Les Tartes de Françoise will work closely together with the CEO and cross-functional teams to support and execute the development of our B2B channel across Horeca, resellers, offices, events, and other business clients. The role combines business development, client relationship management and strong execution to drive the rapid growth of our B2B segment.
Scope
* Drive the profitable growth of our B2B segment, including Horeca, resellers, offices, catering, events, and other businesses
* Execute our B2B commercial growth plan (both “hunting” and “farming”)
* Identify and acquire new high-value customers through proactive prospecting and value-based selling (“hunting”)
* Nurture and grow our portfolio of existing B2B clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and shared value creation (“farming”)
* Prepare commercial offers and lead negotiations
* Develop and roll out our commercial conditions, tailored to each B2B segment
* Rapidly grasp customer needs and identify what needs to be tailored in our offering
* Collaborate with retail sales, production, logistics, marketing, finance and digital teams to ensure feasibility, quality and service
* Monitor simple yet effective KPIs to track B2B growth and client engagement
* Act as a customer voice and identify emerging trends in professional consumption and service models
What we are looking for
* 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or similar roles, ideally in food or hospitality
* Strong commercial drive and hunter mindset
* Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
