Sales Engineer – HVAC Solutions

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a defined region and become the
trusted advisor
for customers looking for efficient, future-proof HVAC solutions. You’ll combine your technical expertise with commercial instinct to deliver solutions that genuinely add value. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, working from the field, home, and modern office hubs, while being backed by a strong technical and internal support team.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of professional clients Identify and win new business opportunities in your region Translate customer needs into
tailored, sustainable HVAC solutions Prepare and follow up on technical-commercial proposals Collaborate closely with internal engineering and support teams Build long-term relationships based on expertise and trust—not pressure selling
Your Profile:
Technical degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent experience Experience in HVAC, building technologies, or a related technical field Comfortable in a
customer-facing / commercial role Strong communication skills in Dutch + good English (French is a plus) Able to turn technical knowledge into clear, compelling solutions Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working independently Commercially minded, but focused on
consultative selling, not hard selling
