We will continue to invest in our biggest asset: our amazing team.About BuildForwardBuildForward is TSL’s international early careers development programme designed to support graduates as they transition from education into long-term careers within construction, engineering and business operations environments.Graduates join TSL in full-time entry-level or junior roles and gain structured exposure, mentoring, development support and hands-on experience across live projects and business functions.Role OverviewAs a BuildForward Graduate, you will become part of a dynamic international team and gain exposure to real projects, operational environments and experienced professionals across the business. For the September 2026 Belgium intake, the initial graduate opportunities are expected to focus primarily on the following areas:Pre-Construction:Price Estimating: Jr. EstimatorMethod Engineering: Method engineer/pre-construction engineerTime Scheduling: PlannerDesign Management: Design engineerBIM Coordination: BIM CoordinatorConstruction / Project DeliveryConstruction Site Management : Site EngineerCommercial Management: Quantity SurveyorDepending on project pipeline, business needs and individual capability, graduates may also gain exposure to wider functions and multidisciplinary collaboration across the business. The programme is designed for ambitious graduates who are eager to develop practical experience, contribute to real business outcomes and build long-term careers within a fast-paced project environment.The first 12 months form the structured Foundation Year, focused on building technical capability, professional confidence, business understanding and practical project exposure.What You Will Be DoingDuring the programme, you will:Support live projects and operational teamsParticipate in coordination meetings and project activitiesAssist with technical, commercial or operational tasksWork with experienced professionals across different disciplinesContribute to reporting, planning and project delivery activitiesGain exposure to project lifecycle processesParticipate in structured learning and development activitiesBuild practical experience within international project environmentsWhat We Are Looking ForFor the September 2026 Belgium intake, we are particularly interested in graduates with educational backgrounds aligned to the following areas:Civil, Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringConstruction Management / Project DeliveryDesign / BIM / Digital ConstructionPre-Construction / EstimatingArchitecture and Built Environment disciplinesBuilding Services EngineeringQuantity Surveying / Commercial ManagementCandidates with qualifications aligned to construction, engineering, project delivery, industrial, manufacturing, logistics or similar operational environments are also encouraged to apply.
