You guide new distributors through a smooth onboarding journey, offering tailored training, tools and hands-on support. You collaborate with partners to build strong pipelines, generate leads and develop regional sales strategies that deliver results. You provide technical product guidance, carry out demonstrations and support end-customer visits together with distributors. You maintain strong, trust-based relationships and ensure the partner network runs efficiently. You analyse market trends and sales performance to uncover new opportunities and enhance distributor effectiveness. You represent the product line at trade fairs and events, working closely with marketing to develop compelling promotional materials. You regularly visit distributors and customers across Europe. You travel about once per month to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain (3–4 days per trip). We are looking for a proactive professional who enjoys improving processes, sharing ideas and coordinating clearly with various stakeholders. You communicate with ease, think ahead and are comfortable taking ownership. At least five years of sales experience, preferably in an international B2B environment within the protein or food industry. Experience managing distributors across different regions. Technical affinity and a strong motivation to support partners. Fluency in Dutch and English, with good command of French; Spanish and Italian are assets.
