Job Purpose
Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation, robotics, and image analysis projects within R&D, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and adoption of innovative lab solutions in compliance with GxP and Data Integrity standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure) for automation and robotics initiatives.
* Translate scientific and business needs into clear project scope, requirements, and delivery plans.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (Automation, Robotics, IT, QA, CSV, EHS, Procurement, Vendors).
* Oversee project governance, timelines, budget, risks, and resources.
* Ensure integration, installation, commissioning, and validation (SAT) of equipment and digital solutions.
* Guarantee compliance with GxP, Data Integrity, IT Security, and EHS standards.
* Prepare and maintain key project documentation (URS, plans, reports, validation).
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and processes.
Profile & Experience
* Degree in Engineering, Automation, IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
* 2–5 years of experience managing technical or digital projects in R&D, pharma, biotech, or automation environments.
* Experience with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
* Knowledge of lab automation, robotics, or digital lab solutions.
* Familiarity with GxP, CSV, and quality/validation frameworks.
