The Charleroi site is responsible for product cybersecurity. Local teams handle upstream activities such as risk analysis and specification of security requirements, in coordination with software and hardware development centers located in Villeurbanne and Bangalore.
With increasing digitalization and interconnected assets in the railway and industrial automation sectors, cybersecurity is now a critical aspect of system design and operation. Cyber threats targeting industrial control systems are on the rise, creating a need for proactive risk management and secure design practices.
Responsibilities
Conduct cybersecurity risk analyses for OT / embedded systems.
Participate in defining security requirements for products and solutions.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify potential risks.
Integrate and validate analysis and test reports from development sites.
Track regulatory changes and contribute to the compliance of deliverables.
Adapt scope and responsibilities according to internal maturity and skills level.
Additional responsibilities for experienced candidates:
Define project-level cybersecurity management plans and ensure alignment with processes.
Specify and validate cybersecurity architectures and countermeasures for non-acceptable risks.
Mentor engineering teams in implementing cybersecurity solutions.
Oversee cybersecurity test implementations and assure quality of deliverables.

First experience in industrial or IT cybersecurity (junior profiles are welcome if motivated and structured).
Knowledge of cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies (EBIOS RM, ISO 27005, IEC 62443, etc.).
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-site collaboration.
Analytical mindset, strong documentation skills, service-oriented approach.
Professional English proficiency (oral and written).
Preferred qualifications:
Hands-on experience with network security devices (firewalls, routers, security gateways, PLCs, data diodes).
Familiarity with Linux environments.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, or IEC 62443 are a plus.
Previous experience in the railway or industrial sector is an advantage.
