Responsibilities
* Engage with Flemish-speaking clients to address their questions and needs related to our hospitality services
* Quickly and effectively resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
* Document client interactions and feedback to help improve service quality
* Coordinate with other team members to share insights for better service delivery
* Keep abreast of trends in the hospitality industry to provide relevant information to clients
* Contribute positively to a collaborative and motivated remote team environment
Requirements
* Fluent in Flemish and English, both written and spoken
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality sector, is a plus
* Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
* Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage remote work responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
