We are currently looking for a Supervisor Manufacturing Training to join one of our pharmaceutical partners in Walloon Brabant. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading manufacturing training activities within a GMP environment, ensuring consistent, effective, and compliant knowledge transfer across multiple shifts.
This position offers a strong combination of team leadership, operational impact, and continuous improvement in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Manufacturing Training you will:
* Lead, support, and coordinate a team of manufacturing trainers operating across multiple shifts
* Ensure consistent training standards, methods, and content within a regulated manufacturing environment
* Plan and manage trainer schedules to guarantee continuous training coverage
* Supervise the execution of training activities, including on‑the‑job training and coaching
* Collaborate with production, quality, and technical stakeholders to align training with operational requirements
* Monitor training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Act as an escalation point for training‑related topics and ensure timely resolution.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring:
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering field
* Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment
* Previous experience in training coordination, supervision, or team leadership
* A solid understanding of GMP principles and compliance requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work in a structured, multi‑shift environment
* A proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented mindset
* Fluency in both English and French.
