Your Role as Finance Manager:
As Finance Manager, you will lead and develop our finance teams in Belgium, the USA, France, India, and China. You will manage all financial processes of Televic NV and act as a key business partner to management.
Key responsibilities:
Financial leadership & compli
ance: Oversee accounting operations across all entities in line with Televic Group standards and local legislation.
Reporting & ana
lysis: Manage monthly closings and deliver clear, data-driven management reports — both per subsidiary and consolidated per business unit.
Budgeting & fore
casting: Lead the budgeting process and monitor performance in close collaboration with P&L owners.
Strategic business par
tnering: Provide actionable financial insights that support decision-making and business growth for all business units and all the organization enabling services.
Cash ma
nagement: Optimize working capital and ensure accurate cash forecasting with the COO.
Process & digital trans
formation: Drive finance process improvements, automation, and data integration — working closely with our excellent Data Team to turn insights into action.
International
expansion: Support the setup of new subsidiaries and ensure sound financial structures worldwide.
You report to the CEO of Televic NV and work closely with the Group CFO on topics such as M&A, consolidation, and liquidity management.
Your Profile:
Master's degree in Economics, Business Engineering, or Commercial Sciences.
5+ years of experience in a financial management or controlling role.
Experience leading teams — ideally in an international environment.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into clear business advice.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative personality with a drive for improvement.
Comfortable working with digital tools, data analytics, and automation in finance.
