Responsible for managing and coordinating all building technical systems and maintenance activities. Focus on operational continuity, compliance, and team oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesManage maintenance and modifications of electrical, HVAC, water, gas, sewage, kitchen, and security systemsOversee daily activities of technical teams and contractorsMonitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS)Set up and maintain preventive maintenance programs (including H&S and legal compliance)Plan and support upgrades, replacements, and lifecycle management of installationsManage outages, risk logs, and continuous improvement actionsMaintain technical documentation and “as-built” recordsSupervise repairs, maintenance, and building worksSupport installation of technical equipment, labs, and office relocationsAssist with budgeting, reporting, and drafting SOWs/contractsParticipate in on-call duty when requiredRequirementsMinimum 8 years relevant experience in facilities/building maintenanceStrong knowledge of electrical distribution systems (TIA standards)Good understanding of HVAC, BMS, and building systemsKnowledge of fire safety and technical regulationsExperience managing technical staff and contractorsExperience with administration, reporting, and documentation toolsAbility to prioritize in a high-pressure environmentStrong English; working knowledge of FrenchExperience with AV/presentation systemsKnowledge of generators, plumbing, and heating systemsExperience in international or NATO environmentsAwareness of hazardous materials handling
