As Partnership Sales Manager, you’ll be at the front line of our clients growth — identifying building owners, franchise operators and investors, pitching a compelling partnership story, and converting real estate into thriving flexible workspaces under our global brands.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing (No two days are the same)

Think of this role as part strategist, part hunter, part closer:

* 🏙️ Own Antwerp as your playground – build visibility and relationships across the local property and business community
* 📞 Generate your own pipeline through networking, cold outreach, local canvassing and referrals
* 🏢 Identify partners who can bring buildings or portfolios into our network
* 🎤 Pitch the companys partnership models (management, franchise, hybrid) in a way that excites investors and owners
* 🤝 Negotiate commercial terms, guide deals through approval, and close contracts with legal support
* 🚶 Spend real time in the field – meeting people, touring buildings, creating momentum
* 📈 Close deals that matter – typically six-figure+ investment partnerships that grow the network fast and profitably

* Consistently generating your own high-quality leads
* Running full sales cycles end-to-end without hand-holding
* Signing commercially viable partnership deals
* Building a strong local reputation as “the person” in Antwerp

🛠️ What You Bring

* Fluency in Flemish/Dutch
* B2B sales or business development experience
* Confidence with cold outreach and in-person selling
* A proven ability to close meaningful deals, ideally with investment-level value
* Strong communication skills — you can tell a story that convinces
* Commercial and financial curiosity (you understand ROI, not just revenue)
* A can-do, ownership mindset — you make things happen

Experience in real estate, hospitality, franchising or location-based services is a strong plus.
