What We’re Looking For
✔️ 1-5 years of sales or business development in SaaS or Recruitment.
✔️ High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win.
✔️ Strong ownership with a track record of exceeding quota and maintaining high close rates.
✔️ Network or background in recruitment (tech) is a plus
What You’ll Do
✔️ Own the full sales motion, primarily converting inbound demand into closed deals, complemented by targeted outbound.
✔️ Run discovery calls, demos and live sales conversations across remote and in-person channels.
✔️ Represent Spott at events, hosting meetings, webinars, and live sales conversations.
✔️Work closely with a founder to refine sales process, tooling, and operating cadence to improve efficiency and execution.
✔️ Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to improve the product.
