You will have the opportunity to rapidly increase your skills and responsibilities in a complex, often international, interesting and challenging environment.TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES :✓ Assist our clients with their cash management and payments projects (e.G., cash pooling, forecasting, payment factory, banking connectivity, TMS implementation).✓ Analyze business requirements and translate into operational impacts on their cash management and transaction workflows.✓ Operational support in cash management processes, such as incident management and issue monitoring.✓ Lead root cause analysis and follow up on action plans to improve system and process reliability.✓ Communication and stakeholder management, from sales to IT teams, in close collaboration with product owners✓ Contribute to IT reliability initiatives and act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to drive improvement.PROFILE :Ideally, you have :a Bachelor or Master degree in finance, management, business administration, economics or equivalenta minimum of 2 years of professional experiencea good knowledge on cash management, SWIFT payments and incidents managements is considered as a plusa first experience in consulting, business analyst or auditfluent written and spoken skills in English and in French or Dutchstrong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with key stakeholdersproven ability to team effectively with diverse groupsability to define relevant performance indicators, to develop and adapt a process, to structure informationexcellent analytical and synthetical capabilities, customer-oriented, enthusiasm, communication and pragmatism in execution
