As part of our continued growth, we're seeking a Sales Manager Projects to lead and shape our team focused on the new build and big renovation market in Belgium. As the Sales Manager Projects, you will: Lead a dedicated team : Manage a team of 3 professionals comprising 2 Project Managers (responsible for medium and large-scale projects and specifications) and 1 Architect (focused on promoting daylight solutions to specifiers and house builders). Develop our presence within the new build sector by fostering relationships with house builders and specifiers. Work with specifiers and house builders : Collaborate with specifiers and house builders to integrate our products at every stage of their projects. Build knowledge and training initiatives (Daylight Academy) : Collaborate with the architect in your team to create and implement our "Daylight Academy" concept, offering educational opportunities for specifiers and architectural professionals to deepen their understanding of daylight-focused design. Maintain and strengthen our position in the residential project market by using tools, trade terms, and communication strategies to support growth. Develop international connections : Actively contribute to the VELUX international community to enhance the relevancy and influence of our solutions in the new build sector. Language skills : Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is a must. Leadership qualities : Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
