Job Description
* Act as the main procurement partner for assigned business areas across indirect spend
* Translate business needs into efficient sourcing solutions with internal stakeholders
* Manage PR-to-PO flows, spot sourcing, and supplier negotiations to deliver savings
* Review purchase requests and small contracts for policy and compliance alignment
* Create and manage POs and BPOs, tracking confirmations and delivery risks
* Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, driving corrective actions
* Support continuous improvement, data accuracy, and procurement process optimisation
The Successful Applicant
* At least 3 years of experience in procurement, ideally within indirect spend
* Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering measurable savings
* Confident working with Excel (intermediate-advanced); experience with ERP or e-procurement tools is a plus
* Comfortable operating in an international, cross-functional environment
* Fluent in English, with French or Dutch as a strong asset
* Hands-on, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Flexible and willing to work on-site
