About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Managing Directors. This is a key role that requires someone who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings.
* Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to Managing Directors, including coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings.
* Coordinate and facilitate meetings, calls, webinars, and trainings.
* Ensure the management of documents, including organisation, filing, and maintenance of electronic files and records in compliance with company policies.
* Prepare, format, proofread, and edit legal documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Assist in the preparation and coordination of board and shareholders' meetings and events, including agenda preparation and document distribution.
* Work in close collaboration with other Executive Assistants and Management Assistants.
