Job Description
As a Receptionist your responsibilities are:
Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally at the front desk.
Answer and direct phone calls in three languages efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings as required.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.
Provide administrative support to the insurance department.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operation
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Receptionist Should Have
Fluency in French, Dutch, and English to assist international clients.
Previous experience in reception or administrative roles within the tourism sector.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
