Hotel Manager
to join the team of our client near Brussels.
We are looking for a Hotel Manager to oversee the full operational management of a small independent 3-star property (no F&B). The role combines hands‑on operations, team supervision, guest relations, and light commercial responsibilities.
This is an ideal opportunity for an autonomous, versatile manager with a strong sense of hospitality and a natural “on‑the‑floor” mindset.
Main Responsibilities Daily Operations Management
Oversee all hotel operations: front office, housekeeping, breakfast service, basic maintenance, etc.
Ensure consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction, with a strong presence on the floor.
Manage priorities, schedules, and unexpected situations with flexibility.
Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and brand standards.
Small Team Leadership
Lead, support, and motivate a small operational team (reception, housekeeping).
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff members.
Coordinate schedules and maintain effective communication within the team.
Administration & Financial Follow‑Up
Manage reservations, billing, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks.
Monitor key performance indicators: occupancy, RevPAR, housekeeping costs, guest feedback…
Liaise with suppliers and ensure operational budget control.
Commercial Development (for a sales‑oriented profile)
Develop relationships with local businesses, partners, and travel agencies.
Implement simple but effective initiatives to boost occupancy and visibility.
Suggest and support promotional offers, online visibility improvements, and guest loyalty actions.
