Product Specialist – Workplace & ITSM Transformation (10+ ans)
As part of the modernization of one of our client's Workplace and ITSM services, the Product Specialist / WPAAS Coordinator leads a cross-functional transformation program in a complex organizational and technical environment.
The role is responsible for the governance, planning, and delivery of initiatives related to the digital workplace, including:
* migration of MDM solutions from Zenworks to Microsoft Intune;
* integration and extension of the Workplace scope within Ivanti ITSM;
* extension of ITSM processes to Asset Management and Service Request Management;
* transition and onboarding of a new outsourcing partner.
The WPAAS Coordinator acts as the central point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and the IT PMO, ensuring strategic alignment, risk control, quality delivery, and achievement of operational objectives in a regulated, mission-critical environment.
Profile
* 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, ideally in Workplace, ITSM, or managed services;
* Proven experience in multi-stakeholder and multi-vendor environments;
* Strong expertise in program governance, budget management, and KPI reporting;
* Natural leadership with excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills;
* Fluent in English, with good knowledge of French or Dutch;
* Experience in regulated or critical environments is a plus.
