Description
* Designing and deploying reward and compensation strategies tailored to different organizations.
* Providing advice on competitive and transparent pay structures.
* Assisting clients in building and updating job classification systems.
* Conducting job evaluations and offering guidance on grading methodologies.
* Creating salary and merit matrices to support objective pay decisions.
* Setting up tools and processes that enable performance-based rewards.
* Carrying out salary surveys and compensation analyses.
* Translating market data and industry trends into strategic client recommendations.
* Supporting collective negotiations with trade unions when relevant.
* Staying up to date with legislation and market changes, linking them to payroll processes and their implications.
Profile
* Dutch speaker with a solid command of French and English.
* Strong experience with salary surveys and data-driven compensation analysis.
* Familiarity with various organizational designs and business sectors.
* Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex matters clearly.
* Strong interest in HR systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Analytical mindset, adaptable, detail-oriented, and persuasive.
* Client-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Willing to provide on-site client support when required (travel flexibility).
