To strengthen our Commercial Affiliate in Mechelen, Belgium, we are currently hiring a
Head of Marketing - Benelux (m/f/x)
(Fulltime / permanent/ hybrid role - 2 days/week in the office)
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the General Manager Benelux and as a key member of the Benelux leadership team, you will drive innovative marketing strategies, including digital and social media initiatives. Your efforts will focus on identifying new business opportunities and developing commercial initiatives to achieve CSL Behring’s goals. You will be leading a team of Product Managers and Marketing Specialists.
The Role
* Develop and present a long-term marketing vision and strategy to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets across the portfolio.
* Create and manage the marketing budget, promotional activities for existing and new product launches, and all new marketing or commercial initiatives.
* Execute tactical plans and monitor marketing expenditures.
* Analyze local market activities and trends to inform decision-making.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders, including clinicians, hospital pharmacists, financial directors, purchasers, patient associations, and policy makers to effectively develop the product portfolio.
* ·Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager Benelux to assign project responsibilities and ensure the successful implementation of the Marketing Plan.
* Develop and propose strategies for the pricing and reimbursement of new and existing products.
Your Skills and Experience:
* A scientific degree is a plus.
* ·Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written) is essential.
* 2-5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Business Unit Manager, Product Manager, or in Sales and Marketing.
* At least 10 years of relevant commercial experience in the healthcare industry.
* Experience in hospital business and/or orphan drugs is highly advantageous.
Reporting Relationships:
* This position reports to: General Manager Benelux.
* Direct reports include: Product Managers, Product Specialists, Marketing & Sales Manager, Digital & Omnichannel Specialist.
