* Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding
* Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers
* Build and execute sourcing and talent pipeline strategies
* Optimise recruitment processes and candidate experience
* Analyse recruitment data and provide actionable insights
* Coach and challenge stakeholders on hiring decisions
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives
* Participate in transversal HR and transformation projects
Essential:
* 5-7 years' experience in corporate recruitment or equivalent
* Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Hands-on, proactive, and structured approach
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Data-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
Preferred:
* Experience in media, marketing, or agency environments
* Exposure to high-volume or fast-growth recruitment contexts
* Interest in AI and new recruitment technologies
