We currently have a vacancy for a Front-end Mobile developer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks
o Architecture, design and implementation of web/mobile applications;
o Participate in the analysis and design of database schemas/tables/etc.;
o Data analysis and data modelling;
o Prototyping;
o Design and development of architecture components and building blocks;
o Integration with other applications/systems;
o Production of technical documentation;
o Formulation and/or elaboration of test cases/programs;
o Participate in the deployment and configuration of the systems.
Requirements
o University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
o At least 2 years of experience in Angular development framework - version 18 or newer for developing mobile applications;
o At least 2 years of experience in mobile (native/hybrid) application design and development;
o At least 2 years of experience using mobile development frameworks (e.g. Ionic or React native or a similar one) to develop mobile applications;
o Very good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS;
o Very good knowledge of web (progressive) application design and development;
o Good knowledge of continuous delivery and Application Lifecycle Management tools (Bamboo, JIRA, Git, etc.);
o Knowledge of J2EE including Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services;
o Knowledge of Application Servers (e.g. Oracle WebLogic Server);
o Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, etc.);
o Excellent command of the English language, French will be an advantage.
