As Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of the top 3 strategic retail clients in the off-trade channel. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening partnerships, and maximizing both turnover and profitability.
* Own and develop relationships with the top 3 key retail accounts, acting as the main point of contact
* Define and execute joint business plans aligned with company objectives and client strategies
* Lead annual negotiations (pricing, promotions, assortment, visibility) and ensure profitable agreements
* Drive sales performance through strong promotional planning, category insights, and execution excellence
* Identify growth opportunities (new listings, innovation launches, cross-category synergies)
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure flawless execution
* Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions to deliver targets
* Track market trends, competition, and retailer strategies to stay ahead and adapt plans accordingly
* 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG (food and/or non-food)
* Proven experience managing top-tier retail clients in the off-trade channel
* Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven
* Fluent in French, Dutch and English
