Senior Business Analyst – Identity & Access ManagementUK / Netherlands / Brussels / France – Hybrid (8 days per month onsite)We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major Identity & Access Management (IAM) programme within a global cyber security function.This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business and technology, where you’ll help design and deliver secure access solutions that are critical to operations and regulatory compliance. You’ll be the bridge between stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership—ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery.What you’ll be doingDefining scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria for IAM projects.Gathering and translating business/technical requirements into clear specifications.Analysing operating models, identifying gaps, and supporting migration strategies.Documenting business processes using BPMN.Supporting solution integration, testing, and adoption across the organisation.Acting as a key communicator between business, IT, and project teams.What we’re looking for5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (cyber security or IAM preferred).Strong knowledge of IAM: access provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, JML, ServiceNow, SAML, OAuth.Hands-on experience onboarding applications into IAM tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in Agile environments.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Tableau/Power BI a plus.Professional fluency in English.Nice to haveKnowledge of IAM regulations and standards.Experience with Mainframe / RACF.BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA).BPM tools (Adonis, Visio).Hybrid working: 8 days per month onsite in London, Amsterdam, Paris, or Brussels.Apply now – contact Luke Finn at +44 203 053 3723 / luke@next-ventures.com
