COMPANYOur customer is a multinational active in the production of flooring-solutions. As an international company, they're known as an A-brand and quite famous in Belgium. They have a BeLux structure with around 20 FTE's and €15-20 million turnover, localised on the west side of Brussels. They sell their premium products through the project market (architects, project developpers, ...) and through specialised distribution channels. To lead this organisation, they're currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Director BeLux, who will be the end-responsible for this structure and report internationally.FUNCTIONYour main responsibility will be to execute the Belux Sales and Marketing strategy in alignment with the Regional and Divisional strategy. This means:To lead operationally Belux countries to achieve targeted results in both financial and non financial objectives (No P&L responsibility)To monitor the performance of the set goals and take corrective actions when appropriateTo lead, develop and motivate the Belux organisation, guiding the organisation to the next level and ensure that employees are aligned with the strategic direction of the organisation.To develop and maintain relationships with our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and building business opportunities.To adhere to group and divisional rules and regulations.Further responsibilties will include:Sales & Marketing: Identify, select and realize business and market opportunities for BeLuxMarketing: Responsible for promotion of the product portfolio and communication to all markets segments and target groups in order to optimize sales value, volume and profitability.Marketing: Responsibile for the process of launching new products and withdrawing products when phased outMarketing: Implement marketing concepts in all relevant product/segment combinations in order to improve the market position.Sales: Build and manage profitable customer relationships to all relevant stakeholders, buying customers and decision making units.Sales: Capture value from customers, including needs and requirements to create profits and customer equity.Sales: Increase share of market and share of customer.Customer Service: Ensure handling of orders, sampling, questions and complaints of customers and identify and report on trendsReporting: Periodically report on commercial (financial) performance of designated entity as a basis for founded decision-makingRepresentation: Develop and maintain a network with major stakeholders inside and outside the local organization, such as suppliers, unions, governmental bodies as well as (potential) customersHR: Organize, staff, manage and develop the own department and team, in a safe working environment with optimal working conditionsFinancial: control of Belux Opex budgetsREQUIREMENTSYou live in Belgium.You're fluent in Dutch, French & English.You have a master's or bachelor's degree.You have a stable career.You have a clear track record in sales with measurable results.You have at least 5 years of people management experience.You have sector experience in construction, the project market or related.
