Role Purpose
The Product Manager is an advanced-level position within the product and project management job family. This role involves managing the lifecycle of a product, defining product strategy, managing a portfolio of projects, and driving product development and innovation. BI scope focuses on data integration, complex data processing, reporting, and decision-making in general.

The role location is Singapore, Malaysia, or Belgium.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business research, customer (internal/external) needs, and competitive analysis.
- Own business impact metrics, roadmap, and product budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and BI/AI, to develop and launch new products or enhancements.
- Conduct audience and process research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for product growth.
- Lead and manage product and project teams to ensure that delivery is up to impact outcomes, time, cost, quality, governance, and satisfaction, as per agreed product roadmaps.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements to achieve target business impact, working closely with development teams to ensure time-to-market and optimal costs.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to continuously improve products.
- Ensure appropriate change management is conducted in business processes.
- Define and lead training and user engagement strategy to ensure solution adoption.
- Responsible for software, hardware, and professional services contracts and budget.
- Monitors the emergence of new data development technologies and methodologies, and where appropriate applies them to the data analytics development process.

Do you have what it takes?

- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, and information systems.
- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
- 7+ years of experience in Data-intensive product development.
- Professional Certification in Agile (preferable).
- Strong product management skills, with experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Good research and analysis skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback and market trends.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
- Strong practice with Agile development methodologies, DevOps, and product management tools.
- Proven record of working with analytics and ML/AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product concepts and benefits to internal stakeholders; ready to present to C-level.
- Good knowledge of at least one of the functional areas: customer relationships and sales, e-com/freight forwarding/express/logistics operations, and service operations.
- Analytical: Synthesize complex or diverse information; Able to source and prepare data; Design data flows and Data models; Challenge and re-validate conclusions.
- Design: Apply design principles; Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Foresee and communicate potential issues; Develop alternative solutions; Work well in group problem-solving situations.
- Business Acumen: Understand the business implications of data for decisions.
