About DSTRSD.Media DSTRSD.Media operates at the intersection of TV advertising, digital performance marketing, and e-commerce. We build end-to-end funnels that convert TV audiences into online customers, leveraging analytics, storytelling, and high-converting single-product e-commerce experiences. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial intern to support the development and execution of TV-to-digital conversion funnels, e-commerce operations, and performance analytics. This role is ideal for someone interested in media, startups, growth marketing, and data-driven business models. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital & E-commerce Operations Assist in building and optimizing e-commerce stores Support product page creation, including: Copywriting Visual content Brand storytelling Help manage fulfilment workflows and supplier coordination 2. Marketing & Campaign Support Support the rollout of TV-to-digital campaigns Assist in creating landing pages aligned with TV ads Help track full funnel analytics Develop implementable insights for our media partners. 3. Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics Track: Website engagement (scroll depth, time spent) Conversion metrics (add-to-cart, purchases) Support the development and implementation of our full stack partner facing analytics dashboard. 4. Research & Strategy Conduct market and product research Analyze competitor funnels and positioning Contribute ideas to improve conversion rates and user experience Run and measure experiments. What We’re Looking For Strong interest in digital marketing, media, or e-commerce Analytical mindset with attention to detail Basic understanding of: Shopify or e-commerce platforms (a plus) Marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rate, etc.) Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (English required; Dutch/French is a plus) What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience building real revenue-generating funnels Exposure to TV digital performance marketing integration Practical skills in: E-commerce operations Data analytics Growth strategy Opportunity to work closely with founders and contribute to a scalable business model  Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with: Shopify Google Analytics Meta / Google Ads Basic design or copywriting skills You’re not looking for a “typical internship.” You want to build things that actually generate revenue, test ideas fast, and see real-world results. You’re naturally curious about how attention turns into transactions. Whether it’s a TV ad, a landing page, or a product offer, you’re interested in what makes people click, scroll, and buy. You’re comfortable operating in a slightly chaotic, fast-moving environment where things are built, tested, and iterated quickly. You don’t wait for perfect instructions, you figure things out. You likely are: Action-oriented : you prefer launching something imperfect over overthinking Commercially minded : you instinctively think about value, pricing, and conversion Digitally native : you understand how people behave online Analytical but pragmatic : you look at data, but you also trust momentum Curious : you constantly ask “why is this working?” or “why is this not?” You might already: Have built something yourself (a small business, a Shopify store, a TikTok page, etc.) Be experimenting with tools like Webflow, Shopify, or ad platforms Enjoy breaking down ads, funnels, or products you see online Be interested in startups, media, or performance marketing What sets you apart You don’t just want to “learn how business works” you want to be inside it. You’re motivated by seeing something go from idea → live → first sale. This is not a passive internship. You’ll be working on real projects that are designed to generate revenue from day one. Hands-on experience building and scaling real e-commerce funnels Direct exposure to TV, digital media, and performance marketing The opportunity to work closely with founders and contribute to core business decisions A fast-paced environment where ideas are tested and launched quickly And if it works… We’re not hiring interns for the sake of it. If you perform, take ownership, and prove your impact, there is a clear path to a full-time role at the end of the internship. We’re looking for people we can build with long-term.
