For one of the international institutions in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Senior Java Developer with +8 years of Java experience to join our fast-growing team.
EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be willing to relocate to Luxembourg.
A work permit is not provided. This role is open for employees and contractors. Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Tasks and responsibilities
* Application design/analysis, component modelling, coding, unit testing, functional testing, documentation and support
* Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities
* Conduct research to find ways to improve operations
* Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance
* Took part in the architecture design and implement new Web Services
* Management and assistance in testing, deployment and configuration of the IS
Profile
* Master's degree in a related field
* +8 years of specific expertise in Java
* +4 years of experience with MicroServices
* Strong experience in Spring framework, Hibernate / JPA
* Hands‑on experience with Jira, Atlassian Confluence and SQL
* Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure) is an asset
