as a Technical Project Manager (TPM) for Cloud Infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Job Summary The Technical Project Manager (TPM) orchestrates planning and delivery for SRE/Application Engineering initiatives, ensuring applications and supporting middleware are deployed safely and consistently on Azure and Kubernetes. The TPM drives execution of the reliability roadmap and governs change, release, and incident processes with a top emphasis on performance, reliability, and observability. This role partners closely with Development Squads, Performance Engineering, and Release Management to remove blockers, surface risk early, and maintain high operational standards across environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years in technical program/project management or engineering leadership, including direct experience with SRE/DevOps or L3 Support teams
Proven delivery of cloud-native programs on Azure and Kubernetes, including GitOps (Flux/ArgoCD with Helm/Kustomize)
Familiarity with observability stacks and practices (Prometheus, Grafana/Loki, DataDog, Elastic) and performance/reliability engineering
Hands‑on understanding of CI/CD toolchains (GitLab CI/GitHub Actions/Jenkins) and secure release processes
Experience operating SaaS in regulated domains (e.g., telco, banking, pharma)
Excellent cross‑functional communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills in English (spoken and written)
Team player with high ownership, structured execution, and technical autonomy
Ability to read and discuss technical config (e.g., YAML, Helm, Bash/Python) to unblock teams
Responsibilities
Own the delivery plan and execution for SRE workstreams, aligning scope, timelines, and dependencies across squads
Raise and track risks related to performance, reliability, security, and compliance; ensure mitigation plans are implemented and verified
Establish and enforce delivery and change‑management gates for configuration changes and deployment artifacts
Drive adherence to Azure and Kubernetes best practices (networking, security, scaling, cost, DR/BCP) and ensure GitOps‑based delivery remains compliant
Lead incident/SEV coordination, communications, and post‑incident reviews; ensure action items are prioritized
Define and publish program KPIs (availability, performance, change failure rate, lead time, deployment frequency, cost) and communicate status to stakeholders
Partner with Security and QA to meet regulatory expectations for SaaS in heavily regulated environments
