Overview We are seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Retention & Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and executing retention strategies that enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer retention within the financial services, fintech, or FX & CFDs industry. Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is considered an advantage. What will you do: Client Retention & Relationship Management Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent engagement and satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, offering prompt and professional client support. Implement retention initiatives to reduce churn and enhance client loyalty. Identify potential at-risk clients early and apply proactive measures to retain them. Client Engagement & Business Growth Understand clients trading behavior, preferences, and needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. Introduce clients to new platform features, promotions, and services that enrich their trading experience. Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to encourage continued activity and relationship growth. Upsell or cross-sell company products and services based on client profiles and market opportunities. Cross-Team Collaboration & Reporting Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience. Maintain detailed and accurate client information in the CRM system. Track and analyze retention metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide management with regular feedback and retention performance reports. Who are we looking for: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, client services, or retention (preferably in the FX, CFDs, or fintech sectors). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong professional relationships. Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a client-centric mindset. Experience working with CRM and client engagement tools. Fluency in English (additional languages are highly valued, depending on market focus). Flexibility to work across different time zones or regional markets as required.
