Build quality into complex financial implementations
At Craft it, we help financial institutions solve complex problems at the intersection of credit risk, regulation, data, and technology.
As a focused team, we work with large international financial institutions across Europe, the US, and beyond.
This means you will be exposed early to real client implementations — designing tests, automating them, and validating that the solutions used in complex financial environments actually work as expected.
Our work is hands-on and closely tied to delivery. Quality is not a separate phase — it is part of how we build, configure, and release.
We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn quickly in a structured and guided environment.
What you will do

You should enjoy hands-on work with systems, data, and automation — this is a core part of the role.
