The job
As a High Voltage (HV) Technical Lead, you'll guide the planning, coordination, and delivery of HV electrical systems for major construction projects. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure complex infrastructure is delivered safely, on schedule, and to exceptional technical standards. This role also offers strong support for professional growth and career ownership.
In this role, you will:
* Oversee the full lifecycle of HV projects, including design, planning, construction, technical compliance, commissioning, and final handover
* Provide clear leadership and foster strong communication across diverse technical teams and stakeholders
* Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges
* Ensure alignment with applicable HV codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate with designers, contractors, utility providers, and internal teams to drive technical execution
* Manage design reviews, approvals, and overall compliance processes
* Maintain adherence to regional HV regulatory bodies and safety protocols
* Identify project risks and ensure compliance with local safety and quality standards
* Promote robust HSE (health, safety, and environment) practices throughout all HV activities
We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Have a degree in electrical engineering
* Have solid experience delivering HV electrical systems on large or complex construction projects
* Bring an engineering or construction background, ideally with HV or energy-sector expertise
* Understand utility processes, commissioning procedures, and HV safety standards
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Are proactive, detail-driven, and committed to delivering work safely and to a high standard
* Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
* Have right to work in Belgium without sponsorship.
