What You'll Do:
1. Lead the cluster countries’ Supply Chain Management in close cooperation with the Head of SCM Division.
2. Ensure that initiatives defined within the Building Performance excom as well as Group initiatives are implemented in the cluster countries through proper coordination.
3. Ensure that the interests of the countries in the cluster are represented in the Building Performance Supply Chain Leadership team.
4. Support and challenge the Country SC managers and local leadership teams in functional strategy formulation, execution and target achievement by increasing Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Create clarity and reinforce priorities for the countries in the cluster.
6. Ensure the country SC teams are functioning in the right way and having the right level of discussion.
7. Create the right environment for all team-mates to contribute their best.
8. Contribute to the development of Etex overall.
What You'll Bring:
1. Significant Supply Chain Management experience, with a focus on Customer Services, End-to-End Supply Chain Planning, and Logistics processes.
2. Experience leading multicultural Supply Chain Management teams, including managerial, process, customer value creation, and budgetary responsibilities.
3. Relevant work experience in a multicultural environment, preferably within a matrix organization.
4. Strong coordination and communication skills.
5. Leadership and interpersonal skills, with a coaching mindset, team orientation, and leading by example.
6. Strong analytical skills, influencing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
