To further shape our ambitions, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist who knows how to combine data, processes and strategic insight with a keen eye for the human side of remuneration. You are the expert who helps give direction to a fair, transparent and future-proof remuneration policy.
Your role
In this position, you are the pivotal figure in everything to do with reward, analysis and optimization. You think ahead, work accurately and ensure that figures always serve the people behind our organization. With your expertise you bring structure, create insight and deliver tangible results that contribute to a modern and sustainable HR policy.
Tasks and responsibilities
1. You will support the development of our Compensation & Benefits policy, translating complex regulations into clear and applicable HR practices. Based on market data and benchmarks, you provide advice that guides the organization.
2. You manage job descriptions and ensure correct classification and grading, so that roles and responsibilities remain clear and up-to-date at all times.
3. You coordinate salary rounds, merit reviews, bonus processes and the cafeteria plan. You ensure that all procedures are correct, transparent and efficient.
4. You draw up reports on headcount, forecasts, diversity and Compensation & Benefits data. With clear analyses, you support management in making strategic decisions.
5. You actively participate in HR innovation and process optimization, ranging from improvements in payroll to the implementation of new systems and tools.
What can you do to strengthen our team?
6. You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience, complemented by at least three years of relevant expertise in payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
7. Working with figures gives you energy; you combine an analytical view with strategic thinking and know how to turn complex data into useful insights.
8. You take initiative, actively seek improvement opportunities and contribute to the further professionalization of our HR processes.
9. You communicate clearly and professionally, and you work with accuracy and precision.
10. You feel at home in digital tools and systems; especially in Excel you know your way around very well. You also have a good knowledge of eBlox and the Flex Income Plan.
