Job description
You act as a key hands-on player in the evolution and support of the SAP CDC application and its interfaces in the NMBS system landscape. This for both B2C and B2B Customers.
You provide day-to-day excellence in Functional & Technical Application Support which entails:
• Diagnosing/Analysing complex issues and changes, design solutions that cannot be handled by our L2 support
• Project support with involvement/impact on SAP CDC
• Evolutive enhancements in the SAP CDC landscape
Major Accountabilities:
• Work with NMBS Process Leads, NMBS key users and other BA CRM members to operationally manage assigned change requests operational enhancements and project impacts. Ensure fit with the existing solutions to achieve customer/user satisfaction, engagement/adoption by the business.
• Actively bring in best practices, out-of-the box thinking, insights and technology trends to help improve the SAP CDC application and level of service regarding the application.
• Proactively try to improve support, training, processes and communication with regard to the SAP CDC application
• Actively participate in small or larger projects that involve changes to the SAP CDC application. These include; o Impact of the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Sales & Service Cloud, integrating SAP CDC to SAP S/4HANA.
o Impact of new sales backends to be integrated with SAP CDC
o Introduction of SAP CDC as B2C CIAM. o SAP CDC as CIAM for a new B2B Portal.
You will report to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Area Lead and will work closely with the NMBS Customer Service and Sales & Marketing Process Leads.
Requirements
• University (Master) degree or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills to analyze functional requirements and translate these into functional specifications and technical implementations
• Hands-on project experience on the following topics:
o B2C Customer Identity & Access Management
o B2B Customer Identity & Access Management o Identity Query Tool o User Management
o Screensets & UI Builder
o APIs & Sites creation
o Organization Workspace settings (Delegated user admin, Organization and Member attributes, Approval workflows …)
o Authorizations
o Master data management o Integrations with both SAP and non-SAP environments via SAP CPI.
o Integration of SAP CDC with the Adobe platform as marketing tool is considering a plus. No (deep) Adobe knowledge is expected – this is handled by a separate team.
• Experience of working in a railway context is considered a plus.
• Experience in ServiceNow and Jira is considered a plus.
• Strong communication skills and able to verbally communicate, read and write in Dutch, French and English
• Strength in building and reinforcing good governance, risk management and strong operational practices

Conformity criteria
• 3+ years of experience in SAP CDC
• Fluent English
• Experience in either SAP CRM / SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC / SAP Sales & Service Cloud
• Ability to come onsite at least 1w/month
