This role involves leading and managing organizational design initiatives and playing an active role in strategic transformation initiatives. As an Organizational Transformation Specialist, you will advise, coach, and support business leaders on org design choices while providing options and recommended solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and Manage Organizational Design Initiatives:
Develop and implement organizational design initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
2. Advise and Coach Business Leaders:
Provide expert advice to senior leaders and the HR Relations team on organizational development best practices and strategies.
3. Implement Leadership Development Programs:
Design and implement leadership development programs to build management and leadership capabilities within the organization.
