Job description
* Negotiate and finalize agreements with land and property owners.
* Ensure the seamless execution of projects from initiation through to the acquisition of all required permits.
* Oversee projects, manage budgets and risks, and adjust strategies as needed.
* Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure strong support and project feasibility.
* Represent the company before local and regional authorities, the public, and industry associations.
* Work independently while taking ownership of your team's and region's performance.
Profile
* Holds a master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or possesses equivalent practical experience.
* Brings at least 4 years of project management experience within the renewable energy sector, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
* Skilled in prospecting, project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
* Excels in strategic planning and organizational management.
* Familiar with modern project management software and tools.
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
* Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively setting priorities.
* Thrives in dynamic environments and adapts easily to change.
* Solid financial acumen, including experience in budget management.
* Fluent in French and English and/or Dutch.
