You work in a hybrid setup, with at least one day per week at our headquarters in Herentals, and you like to keep yourself busy with:
1. Recruitment & team building: Together with our recruitment team, you’ll attract and onboard top software talent that fits our values and culture.
2. Business development: You’ll open doors to new clients and turn technological challenges into long-term collaborations.
3. People management: You’ll act as a mentor and coach to your team, guiding their growth, supporting their ambitions, and building a culture of loyalty and trust.

Your future workplace

4. A master’s degree, preferably in (industrial or civil) engineering.
5. At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment and people management.
6. Proven success in business development, ideally in R&D or high-tech environments.
7. A coaching mindset and the ability to grow and retain talent.
8. Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
9. Affinity with software, innovation, and cutting-edge tech.
10. A hands-on, flexible and goal-oriented attitude – with a ‘can-do’ mentality.
